QBlind lamps
After you used LED Display sometime, your screen looks not good as before.Because there are some blind or wild lamps on your display. Maybe some suppliers don’t think that’s big quality problem, but it really has bad influences for our clients.
So maybe you can learn some details about the reason then you can communicate with your suppliers faster and solve those problem.

QColor missing on module or lamps

There are some reasons for this:

1、One of the chip is fail in the lamps. There are three different color chips in one lamp, so if one chip was bad, the lamp can’t work well.(one or multi lamps)
2、Rubber cable was bad. (One row or multi rows)
3、PCB was bad.(One row or multi rows)

1、IC or lamps are short-circuit
2、Line resistance was break down or connection pin opened

Q Row missing on module
1、Chip 4953 or HC138 was sht-circuit.
